List of air/gas dryers offered:
- Heat less type air/gas dryers: Heat less air dryer
follows the principle of "Pressure Swing Absorption". Its
totally automatic and simple to operate. Removal of moisture from
compressed air/gas is performed by absorption. There are two drying
towers which keeps on changing their position as per the cycle of
design. Air-drying is operated in one chamber, while the other gets
re-generated by de-pressurization and uses the dried air in small
portion. As a result, the moisture is flushed out from the
absorption media, absorbed in previous cycle. Slide piston valve,
pneumatic diaphragm operated exhaust valves are in used for the
completion of automatic change over. Achievable Moisture level is 80
ppm (Dew Point - 40oC) or less. The Dryer is user friendly and low
in maintenance.
- Heat regenerated type dryer: In this category of Air
Dryers, external heat is used for re-generation of adsorbent. Few of
our offerings under this category are:
- Internal heaters type: The electric heaters are fixed
into the drying towers which heats up adsorption media up to the
required level. In this way, with the help of a very small amount of
Air/Gas, the absorbed moisture is flushed out.
- Blower heat re-generated: We could save compressed air
which is to be washed in regeneration by using blower heat
regenerated dryer. In an external heater, atmospheric air is heated
which is provided by the blower. Then, it is passed through the
drying tower where all the moisture is taken away.
- No purge loss split flow type: With the help of
differential valve, the wet compressed air/gas is split at the
inlet. External heater makes way for the stream to the tower
regeneration where absorbed moisture is carried and then it passes
through a cooler. At the cooler, the absorbed moisture is condensed
and separated.
- Heat of compression type: In this category, compressor
blows away the hot compressed air through the drying tower to be
regenerated and hence elimination of heater is already done.
However, to take care of the lower temperature, a small capacity
electric heater is placed at the incoming hot air line. It is
considered as power saver among this group of dryers. It is capable
to achieve the dew point up to 50 deg C.
- Refrigerated type air dryer: The use of refrigerated air
dryer is common for most industrial applications. Industry uses to
dry the plant air and other utility gases e.g hydrogen, nitrogen
drying. Among these types of dryers, the moisture presenting in the
compressed air/gas is condensed is taken the chill off from 0 to
4oC. To perform this, effective refrigeration cycle is used. Thus,
moisture is separated by efficient filters. In spite of the low
running cost, the dew point is 23o C (at atmospheric pressure). A
complete range from air-cooled to water cooled refrigerant air
dryers are readily available to remove moisture and also to provide
dry clean air. Its available to any size of compressed air &
pneumatic systems as well. The power consumption has reduced up to
10% in comparison to the conventional refrigerated dryer system. Not
only but the newly designed dryers automatically removes the
moisture dirt and oil contamination by impaction or internal
filtration which leads to the optimum level of protection for
pneumatic compressed air equipment repeating it all times.
- Skid mounted compressed air system: We have a specialty in offering Dry Air Plant, mounted on a common skid, completely assembled. This system contains a water cooled after cooler, air receiver, (Horizontal/Vertical) including a Heat less Air dryer. The system is ready for installation after getting power connection, water connection and air inlet/outlet connection.
