Hydrogen plants based on ammonia cracking
We are one of the leading manufacturers & suppliers of ammonia crackers. Among various methods to produce hydrogen, ammonia cracking uint is one of them. Ammonia CrackingWhere nitrogen doesn't function as an impurity, ammonia cracking unit is the best suited for a hydrogen plant. Ammonia crackers are also suitable for the place where hydrogen is used as a reducing atmosphere & ammonia is used as a raw material.

The ammonia crackers needs the presence of nickel catalyst at the temperature of 850 degree C approximately. As a result, a mixture of Hydrogen and Nitrogen in equal ration is received because these constituents are already present in ammonia. They are:
  • H2 – 75%
  • N2– 25%
Purposes where product of NH3 cracking in these ratios are used :
  • Various industries use it as heat treatment.
  • Works as a safeguard in bulk drug production because it reduces the atmosphere & provides reduction.
  • Kept for use for Bi-Metal, Metal Powder & Sintered Products and Stainless Steel Wire Annealing.
  • Constant & continuous galvanizing lines.
  • Also used for Brazing Furnaces.
  • Equally used for castor & non edible oil's hydrogeneration.
