Atmospheric Vaporizers
As we know, ambient air can be availed at no cost. Atmospheric Vaporizers can be used for saving abundant energy. Easy to install, the vaporizers are supplied in one unit are ready for use. Special heat exchanger with copper tubes and aluminum blades are also included in the single package.
Air
Cryogenic VaporizerTwo or more aluminum elements are there in the fin vaporizers, manifolded together around the seamless SS high pressure tube, mounted vertically. Each element consists of at least eight fins enabling it for high performance along with faster defrosting.
It doesn't require any additional power or utility. Units are most economical and free of maintenance but efficient enough in vaporizing gases/fluids.
Compared to the convectional & natural convection ambient vaporizers, Air Cryogenic Vaporizer has enough space for elements. Continuous operation without defrosting characteristic of convectional units is the unique feature of Air Cryogenic Vaporizer.
Steam Heated Vaporizer
Compared
to other vaporizers, steam heated vaporizer are totally cost effective in
liquid CO2's evaporation. These vaporizer consists of a twin tube heat
exchanger where liquid CO2 is in centrally placed tube with steam in the
shell. Thus, it saves more electrical energy than the other types of
Evaporators. The principle is for proper utilization of steam's heat for
vaporization of liquid CO2 resulting into the automatic removal of
condensate. Its capacity has been designed in such a way that it could
transfer maximum heat. It is additionally equipped with shut off valves,
safety valves, reduction valves & filters which allows a smooth
operation. There is a steam trap to regulate the consumption of steam
efficiently.
Electrical
VaporizersIn electrical vaporizers, the air is blown into a set of finned tubes which makes CO2 evaporate. Generally, two sets are used for smooth process. If one is only used, it gets forested owing to low temperature of the liquid CO2 evaporation. In the mean time, the previously used tube becomes ready for use. At regular interval, it keeps on changing place which leads to a continuous stream of evaporated CO2 gas.
